We are capable of converting Excel, Word, Powerpoint files to printable files.
Artwork files with Microsoft office (word, excel, publisher, and powerpoint), Adbe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, PDF) can be upload straight to print without changing it PDF first. It made web to print easy and speedy. You will receive digital proof to confirm finished look.

*We can not accept Macintosh Office files or Open Office or Kingsoft Office.
*Please include the slide size when you upload powerpoint files even if the file is standard letter size. Please note that even if you choose letter size in Page tab to create, the file may not be properly set up so when print.
Please carefully review your proof
We use designated software to adjust Microsoft office file print ready.
As Microsoft office file are not originally made to print therefore it may create changes in color or layout.
We will check the proof by prepress technician's eye, however, please carefully review and approve your proof with your eye as well.
Watch out when you transfer PDF files from Office files
You can submit PDF files transferred from Office. When you save your file to PDF to Office PDF, please remind the following notes:
- When font styles are not set up properly, the font styles will be changed.
- When design has a bleed, you need to add 1/4 inches bleed around the design, otherwise, it will have white frame around the design.
- When we transfer the file from RGB colors to printable CMYK colors, colors might be slightly adjusted in the process.Therefore, please carefully review and approve your digital proof.
How to Order (PRINT DATA)
Orders
Please select Windows Office Applications when you upload the file and choose the original format.
Artwork file created by Office software
Please compress your artwork into Zip file when you upload.
Prepress Check
We will do prepress check before printing. When the file is not set up properly, we will notify you the problem. In that case, we will hold the turnaround schedule until the file is approved.
Digital Proof Mail
We will send you the digital proof for your approval.
Digital Proof Approval
Please review the proof carefully and respond it is OK to print or not. If we don't receive your response, we need to hold the process, which will cause the delay in schedule.
Printing
Once it is approved, we will process the printing (Offset Press or Digital print).
Shipment
We will ship out your job according to the turnaround schedule you choose. We will notify you the tracking number via email. Prepress check needs to be done properly to meet the schedule.
Delivery
You will receive your package by Fedex or UPS.
